100 days free from a bet today. Looking to claim my place in the troop again and rally people in the last month.

I promise new soldiers recovery is worth a chance. there are 30 days left this year. Thats a good target. If your like me take it one day at a time, take it one hour at a time.

We are compulsive gamblers. some of us have done bad things, but we are not bad people.

Congrulations mr b on your success with your recovery, your working hard .

Checking in day 21! three weeks 🙂 everything seems to have changed since I self excluded I feel in control after I finally admitted the extent of my problem to myself, on here and to parents.

Very stressed as lots of uni work on at the moment three essays due by 5th of january but continue to trying to motivate myself to do this.

Looking forward to debt decreasing soon and also going to start trying to eat more healthy and get back into my running. one step at a time one day at a time but i'm sure the will help increase self-esteem and decrease stress two factors in why I gambled.

hope everyone is managing the stressful christmas period

Hi Mr B, great update last Sunday. Congratulations everyone on milestones passed. Checking in on day 79 gamble free. Continuing to be positive about making it through to the New Year gamble free then continuing it into 2015. Small steps, one day at a time. Have had a really difficult couple of days regarding health which has pulled me right down and taken away all the Xmas spirit I had. One problem won't be resolved until next week so stress until then. Previously I would have returned to online slots and lost myself in spins and spins but I resolve not to go down that path again. Keep strong everyone.
