Been a bit of a difficult week, urges have been stronger than they've been for a while but I think a lot of that is due to not eating/sleeping right and not being able to take "me time"...however I am still here and accountable and I still have all my blocks in place.

Day 2 for me I'm afraid. I was able....(due to my inability to resist) reopen an old account and gamble £1000 away. I am complete taking now and having card refusals left right and centre for shopping etc....
I'm in a low place. I have been in touch with GAMstop and I am looking forward to the release of this feature. Let myself down and just gutted. Money will come back, just need to focus on my business and drumming up work to earn more. Current debts are over £20000 on cards and loans. I earn enough to get out of this...just need my focus back.
Hi guys I haven't been on since last check in I'm so gutted that I've relapsed and lost my house savings of a total of 5 grand and now as you probably know I haven't stopped trying to get it back any advice guys day one again!
