Hi today is the day I want to stop my gambling problem, I have been gambling from time to time on online slots. I have self excluded from many and now can't really join any, that is a good thing however I relapsed today and thankfully only spent £100. £100 I can't afford. I joined gamcare a couple of weeks ago but didn't do anything on it. Now is the time to sort my life out. With your help.
