Checking in 128 days,
Had a really positive week. My brother has sent us a wedding invitation! I have made enquiry’s to continue my counselling as I only have one session left. I have found it cathartic to say the least. I’m learning so much about myself I intend on paying for future sessions.

Checking in gf...bit of an emotional rollercoaster week so I’ve turned to cleaning (my house is clean but it’s now extra clean and decluttered). I didn’t want to check in this week because I’m feeling a bit “what’s the point/why do I bother?!” But I know if I don’t then I won’t be back next week, so I’m here, I am gf and now I’m going to obliterate the contents of my wardrobe and pray this funk that I’m in passes soon......oh and if anyone has any play doh stuck in their carpets then I can highly recommend elbow grease, spray it on and leave for a bit then a rub over with a soft brush and it’s gone....gave me a small feeling of satisfaction knowing I’d managed to do something so small but makes a big difference to how my house feels (gonna stick a disclaimer in here just to be safe....no I do not work for them, I am just a mum with 3 sons trying to do the best with what we have, we have a chocolate brown carpet and it’s worked well without showing any staining etc...I do not know how it will do on a light coloured carpet as the spray is yellow so if you do try it then do a patch test etc etc)
