Checking in gamble free for the week ?
Well what a horrific 10 days. Bit of and injury put me off work for a few days and was bored. I’m kicked the old habits after around 110 days GF.
Tried just a single bet to see if I could control it, bad mistake.Â
Two big weekends and although I made a small gain it was one move from disaster. The results are almost irrelevant.Â
Tomorrow I start again on Day 1.Â

Hi Guys..checking in. Still GF..been a busy time at work with Xmas coming up. Paying my debts though been slow due to unexpected bills..still on track though think will take longer then thought. Paid back £18,000 so far..still got £22,000 to be debt free..and be in neutral. Been doing plenty overtime..less exercise and been drinking getting in the Xmas spirit-:) But the main thing is still that I’m Gambling Free.  Keep Strong.
