As much as I have a gambling problem I would like to know how Casinos get away with the below misleading emails!

From Leo Vegas, received today.

Email Subject - ***** you've won £**** & *** SPINS ****

Hi ***** you've been selected for a exclusive offer with *****.

18 + Full T&C's Apply. £10 Deposit Required. 35 x wagering requirements applies. Free spins available on pre selected games. www.gambleaware.co.uk.

Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly.

Is there somewhere this can be reported? I am self excluded for life from them as well so not sure why I have even received it!

Hi EKJR,

I recommend you complain first to the company that sent you the email and then also take it up with The Gambling Commission.
I would generally also recommend to do what quite a few people here on the Forum have done - create a new email account and abandon the one you used to sign up to online gambling sites. I appreciate this might sound like a radical solution, but in the interest of your safety from triggers, this might be a good way forward.

All the best,

Eva
