Honesty is the only way to deal with this. She will be hurt, angry and disappointed. She may even want to cancel the relationship. Whether or not she sticks by you, she has to know now. If the relationship is meant to be, she will stick by you and support you. No good relationship is based on lies. You owe it to her to be honest.
Once it is out in the open, and if she is happy to help you overcome your problem, you can both work together on the issue. GA and counselling are just 2 of the options available to you.
