You could forgive yourself in time by admitting you made a bad decision then vow to seek guidance to help against making bad decisions in the future. You could forgive yourself by never gambling another penny and then earning back your self respect and giving your family and friends something to be proud of you for achieving in beating this addiction. You could forgive yourself by coming on here and posting and helping others in desperate need of help by sharing your stories and advice. You could forgive yourself by turning your life around and slowly building a non confused non gambling nice and quiet peaceful life that you deserve. You could forgive yourself by investing your time in your health instead of investing your time at the bookies. You could forgive yourself given time.
Thanks allainepo for very encouraging reply.
