I'm 36 - i have been a compulsive gambler for around 7 years and i have debts of around 70k.

Last October i self-excluded for 6 months. It was a great 6 months where i actually had money in my account.

After it came to an end the demon came back and told me that I could earn extra money if i just gambled a little. I thought if i just earned £10 per day it will be £300 a month. Anyone, as anyone can guess ... that didnt work. Since Fri to sat i lost £1,100. So, saturday night i used gamstop and i have self excluded for 5 years. It felt so good at the time but this morning i wish i hadnt done it because i want to gamble again. i know i cant do this myself so im so glad i have put the blocks in place.
