Good morning everyone. So I had nearly made it to two weeks gamble free, and was feeling amazing. I then get an email from a well known casino site, letting me know I have cashback in my balance. I thought I had excluded from all of the sites! Anyway the urge takes over and I think to myself 'it's money already in there, I won't be putting any of my money back in to play' I logged in, and played slots with my £60 cashback. I actually won £500. I withdrew it straight away, and got it into my bank account. Then what did I do! I logged back in and slowly bit by bit played the whole £500 back into the slots! I then called the company and asked them to permanently exclude me (like I have with all the others) and that I never want to be allowed to play again. I know this time I didn't deposit anything, but why didn't I just take that £500 and exclude forever! Or why more importantly didn't I just NOT play! Because I'm a CG that's why. First blip, but I am not giving up. I CAN do this! I have now gone through all the casino company's I can think of and called them, to make sure I am excluded. I have felt really low ever since this blip, and I was on top of the world last week 🙁

We all know the feeling of playing back a win. It's as bad as losing your own cash, but you need to put it uni perspective. You didn't chase back the 500 that was free with money of your own. You now know what a relapse feels like and it's not nice!. It didn't cost you a penny to learn this lesson so put it behind you and move on. Be proud that your trying and stay positive X
