I'm also a gambler for 5 years. It's difficult, the problem for me are the nights and when I'm alone. I need to stop.

Sorry about my English, but I'm Spanish.

You play on the phone? Tablet or computer?

I know what a big win can do to our brain, it makes us believe we can win like that all the time. The truth is we can only guarantee we will lose all the time because we never stop. I stopped gambling last month but today I received an email saying I’ve been credited xxx on an online slot bonus. I played it and got it to through xxxx slots and BJ but of course I didn’t stop and lost it all.

I am so annoyed with myself for even accepting the bonus funds. I know they do it because I haven’t deposited for a while and they are trying to pull me back in. Even though it wasn’t my money it still hurts but I’m determined not to deposit.

Try and tell your gf the truth and open up about everything. It’s a lot harder to face this disease alone. I’ve lied to the people I love so many times to hide my gambling and the shame and it’s not a nice feeling. We need to be honest with people but most of all to ourselves. Good luck you can do this
