I registered on here by mistake and sent an email last night asking for my account to be removed with immediate effect.
This generated a generic response and I have since sent another one to a different email address.
This was a few hours ago and nothing has happened.
I just wonder if you know what 'immediate' means...
Two and a half hours have now passed and still no response.
Just how am I supposed to get my message through...?!
Please advise!

A whole day and a half since I posted my original e-mail requesting my account to be removed and still nothing.
This is despicable. Bookies on the high street advertise this site and I really do worry for people who may be desperate for 'immediate' help and 'immediate' response.
In this day and age when it is easily possible for punters to lose hundreds, thousands or even their life savings in a day and a half, there really is no excuse for a poor service such as this.
I am still waiting...
