Hey all
Just wanted to say if your on day one, nine, 59, 1009: please don't give up hope. I reach 100 days tomorrow out of 13 years. This is the longest I've gone without a relapse/starting over and I feel absolutely amazing. I'm so tearful writing this but so happy writing it. The debt is gone, my. Mental health is improving little bit by little bit. I literally didn't think 100 days I would get there but here I am. The only one who is going to get you out if this hell hole is you. You need to do it for you and you'll succeed.Â
For today I not naive and tomorrow I'll not be complacent, but elated in the moment and I am going to keep fighting.Â

Keep going, after a while you just do what other people do, the urge does go and as the months go by it becomes a massive achievement. I was never computer games person, but I bought a PS5 last year and I use it as part of my chilling out routine and it works. Stay stopped, like yourself my debt is gone now and it really does not take long for your Finances to improve.Â
I have creature comforts that I would never have bought before, all the mod cons, bells and whistles. You see gambling tries to destroy you, the truth is that the bookies will always win, no system can beat them. Stay stopped and keep building the milestones, my next one is 1st August 2024, that will be 2 years clean.
