I know I said I wouldn't but I actually watched quite a lot of Cheltenham today mainly through being bored off work Ill at home . It was fine no real urges to gamble and certainly very different viewing experience not having anything on the race . Made little mental bets just to torture myself (I can't seem to not) and I win some lost some as usual . It was a surprisingly okay experience I went in expecting to be turned into a salivating gambling moron but I was fine and I could see it for what it is . However I am not naive enough to think it would be a good idea to regularly watch horse racing again . No way . I accept a lot of my problem comes from that world and that culture so it reaffirmed in many ways that I still have a loooong way to go and dancing with the devil is not a clever way to approach things . Still I passed a test and I take that as a small positive but I won't be flirting with it anytime soon as I know where it can lead
