Saw a moving billboard vehicle advertising my local casino going up and down my high street, how is this legal? For all to see, families, kids, teenagers, elderly, vulnerable people... etc. I am struggling to stay away without them advertising like this. Is this even legal?

Also, a man committed suicide at that casino. I don't know if I can or should name the casino or the man that died. I only know about it because I googled the casino by name and the word suicide, and up popped this article on this poor fella. I don't know the dude, but I was gambling there the time he was there, and we played the same game (roulette), so we could have been playing on the same table.
