My name is Andy and I've been gambling for a long time now,
I came on here a few months back and went about 30days without gambling but I've now fallen in to the same old cycle, I know I have a problem and really do want to stop. I sometimes go a couple of days without a bet/gamble. I bet on horse racing and the dreaded roulette and slots down the bookies.
I just seem to have no will power over the FOBTS.
This is my last chance now before I lose everything.

Stick with it, you have done it before and can do it again. You have found the strength to come back here so you can find the strength to stop again. Can you not get an exclusion at the bookies. Yes, it may be embarrassing but what is one moment of embarrassment against a lifetime of misery?
