Just want to say a quick hello to everyone just at the start of their recovery journey… I have made it over 3 weeks and determined to keep going…. It will be very hard at first… but it will soon get better. Stay strong everyone. Stay tough! We can beat this horrid addiction. The more you don’t gamble, the more the gambling companies will be losing, not you.

Amazing, I’m 3 months GF and it feels good. I still have debts and other problems to solve but gambling no longer serves a purpose for me and my mental health is slowly getting better. I think you are right about becoming stronger in the face of adversity. I think it somehow starts to make me feel proud of what I have achieved rather than ashamed of what I did. I hope you feel the same too. It feels very powerful to have that control back. Good luck! Stay strong and remain positive x
