Its been a whole week, I've done everything possible to stop a repeat of events and moved forward.
Controlling the urges is hard but worth it.

Getting through that first week is a toughie, it always surprised me how much more difficult it was to get through the week deciding not to gamble than it was to get through the week until payday after gambling my money away.
Taking the bull by the horns and controlling those urges is a big first step, and I hope your forward momentum continues into this week and onwards.

hi cocobear noticed you got more than one diary going on , im glad thats not just me doing that lol, well done for a week keep it up im on 9 days starting to feel like a long time though but i know just got to think of how i felt when i lost a £1000 last time and it actually works getting rid of the urges thinking like that , anyway keep you guard up , next stop for you one month then one year together we will kick the shXt out of the habbit
Good luck and we'll done for doing over a week I'm on day 3 today and can't wait to get a week behind me to feel like I've achieved something it's also harder than I thought I spent £2300 on the weekend and finding it really hard to come to terms with as this is more than 2 months wages for me it's also my day off today so need something to keep my mind going as today I'm on my own with the computer my phone and access to some cash so I have to stay strong get through today and then I'm well on to be where u are on day 9 good luck and as the last lad said we can all beat this gam care is amazing an wish I found it earlier 🙂
