Hi Jas, sorry I have not posted on your diary for a couple of weeks but I have been watching your confidence and positivity grow almost with each passing day in the last fortnight. When things have gone so bad for someone it is heartwarming to see that they are now appearing to have made an about turn for the better. Keep it going you are doing great.

One thing that always strikes me about you Jas, is that you make the best of what you have. You want to spruce your house up, and cant afford to do it all out top to bottom, so you do what you can, and get cracking with a tin of paint.

Good for you missus! Hope you enjoy your daughter being back.

Take care,

f x

I have had a perfect weekend and it has taken me months and months to get to a position where I am enjoying myself again. My family are really benefiting from this turnaround. The turnaround is because I am not gambling and apart from using this website I don't think about gambling either.

This "feel good" should be bottled.

Daughter is going back to her placement tomorrow, which is sad, but I will look forward to April when I will see her again.

Writing my own is getting difficult,as i feel like i am moaning and depressed. But my writing and reading here is a great help a reminder of the awful life i am leaving behind, and the new life i look forward to.

Jas, I think this is the most positive entry I've seen from you - it has been a rocky road but really good to see.

Long may it continue, and as long as you stay away from the big G I'm sure it will.

Hi Jas

Great to read you have had a good weekend.

Bottle that feeling and give it to the rest of us.

Dont worry about me - yeah I was delighted to have won but when I lose on advance bets I am only down about it when I make a basic mistake, if its just down to bad luck, which it invariably is, I may be a bit frustrated, but not sad. And I get some returns on most advance bets for part selections correct, but yesterday was better cos I got all my selections right.

Hi Jas

Here is your 250th post of the year - a milestone!

P.s. I am now a full point up based on your blank ending to last post.

Hi Jas

Christ you must have an easy life, posting on here while I am hard at work!

Dont worry about me falling out of line, fully focused on staying on track like you are.

Hadnt really thought about cracking whips, didnt know you were into that sort of thing, but I'll consider it if it floats your boat.

And I'll (grudgingly) agree that we are now back level lol - good initiative for an ex-gambler girl
