Just wanted to do a quick post to give you an update with how I'm doing. It's so nice to be able to say that I haven't placed a single bet in 24 days. Again, I know that doesn't mean that I'm out of the woods with this addiction yet but I’m feeling very strong. The urges to bet are even disappearing slowly but surely. A mixture of wanting to prove to myself that I can do this, support from friends and family and amazing help from GamCare have all helped me to fight this so far. Good luck to everyone else battling against this addiction.
