Day 186
Still GF, and not really felt like going back at all even with all the turmoil of life at the moment. That unfortunately is where the positives stop to be honest.
Been working out loads that I think I may have burned myself out and coming down with a cold.
Acting a bit on impulse in my personal life and making rash decisions, so I have decided now is the time to just go completely underground, I have deactivated any social media and will poke my head back up when I have a clearer mind.
Dark days ahead, and now is the time to focus on mental health.

DAY 200!!!!
Didn't realise I had left it so long again, been meaning to come on all week, and I thought I must be getting close to 200 days Slot gambling free, and as to my surprise it is today!
The first 100 days seemed to go fairly quick but the next 100 days went even quicker!
The urges are a lot lower these days, and most days non existent. At the start I never thought I could feel this way again.
Mentally I have been a bit better this week, each week brings new challenges but we move....
Booked a last minute holiday this week after things were cancelled due to break up etc. Off to a week in the sun in Gran Canaria start of June so thats something to look forward to 🙂
