I'm a bit late to the party but really sad to see this Paul. I'm going to be honest so take it the constructive way as I don't want to kick you. Doing about a week gamble free is a poor effort. You need to be much more focused. There is no going back. Gambling is over. It is finished. Done with. Ended. Once that is in your mindset you will progress. Any thoughts that you could go back to gambling or it could be different in the future are futile. You're on Day 2 and you came back so much much credit to you! Stay safe pal.
