Will you or can you answer the questions that are being put to you, about putting blocks in place, I am impressed that you have managed 10 days. Please think about pay day and what you will do when the money hits your account.

We are all trying to help you go way beyond 12 days and you really need to think about strategies to help you cope with payday.

"When payday comes i will still not gamble thats a promise !"

Willpower alone is very, very difficult and you should know this.

Please think about getting some blocks in before payday so that you can continue this very good gamble-free run.

Is there a need for capital letters in your posts?

I do not think Baljit will bother reading the new forum rules. He does not bother reading anything else posted on his diary.

Firstly, thank you for having stopped shouting all the time in your posts. Secondly, if you have read other people's advice then why have you never acted upon it over the last few years? There is so much helpful advice on your diary which you have simply ignored for years. You never respond to any questions and you say the same thing all the time. "X number of days gamble-free, blow-out, gamble-free, blow-out, gamble-free, blow-out, gamble-free, blow-out... ad infinitum." I am always willing to support people who have a relapse, but you seem to be hell-bent on ignoring any constructive help. Have a good trip to India and I hope you manage to stay gamble free between now and then.
