Well done on 77 days, and it is good news about your son.

Keep strong and keep moving forwards and upwards.

DAY 89

Have had a break from writing on my diary, as I feel some people are making it hard for me with there relapes story's and I feel can't afford to get back to how I was before. I would love too help out people but I feel I need to consentrate on my recovery wether that's writing on here or not ... It's a selfish thing to do but I really don't want and can't afford to slip up!!

Hi Aaron, congratulations on 89 days 🙂

Lovely to hear that the court stuff is all done & dusted now! You are spot on to be concentrating on you first & foremost, then your loved ones! If down the line you feel strong enough to pass on what you have learned there will always be people needing your support! I would love to say, don't be a stranger (people need to hear about the success too) but that's a decision for you to make! Thanks for not just disappearing, it means an awful lot!

Keep working hard @ your recovery - ODAAT

Hi Aaron. Massive congratulations on how well you've done. Just reading your diary has inspired me and basically reminded me why I came here in the first place. When I make it to my target (end of August) I will treat myself and will thank you for it!

DAY 90

So i came on this website broken and no respect for myself or my family.

Today i feel i have respect for myself and more a whole lot more respect for my family and my stunning girlfriend.

I owe this site and to all the people who have helped me and too the people that took time out to read my story. I will carry on with my story as i feel its the most important thing i can do to keep safe from the evil out there.

Thank you ODAAT you have been here from day 1 for me.

Thank you goodbyemrchips it means a lot to here that.

Hi A86N

Congrats mate like myself you are living life the way it should be.

I know how difficult it is going through lawyers for your kids. I was in a similar situation but its a good feeling once it's all sorted. That's sorted no gambling all you need is for arsenal to win the prem.

So I've made the last target I set at the start. DAY 100 :). The bookies have not won this battle and I will carry on beating them when I reach day 150, 250, and the mighty day 365, They are my next targets :). I'm so happy right now but I do need to keep it going and no slip ups.

DAY 117

Not had much to say really for the last 10 days till now, all i was doing was working or relaxing.

Have been in London since Saturday to visit my girlfriend, in this time ive been shopping twice and spent a load on myself and have had a meal out and been to watch Arsenal v Liverpool which was a great game but not the result i wanted. All this would not have happened if i was gambling still. Its been a great weekend/start of the week. Im just so thankful for my girlfriend and family and this site plus the people on here to help me get to this point. I have been thinking how much i would have spent if i was gambling them 117 days and it would have been easy £2000/2500, its such alot of money and i truely grateful that i have woken up and kicking this addition.

Day 122

work for me this morning my first of four so hopefully they will go quick.

I have been thinking about football bets for the last few days thinking is it too soon to try and see if I can just have a small bet without going mental, but then I start thinking about my 122 days free of gambling and that stops me thinking about betting.

Would love to reach year free to be honest it would mark a great achievement in my life which it has lacked quite abit.

So i finaly gave into the FOBT i spent £70 and i did not win a single spin. I feel proud that i nearly completed 20 weeks and my aim is to beat that.

So back to the start and this time I will not do any sort of bet friendly or not.
