Hi mate

You should be proud on how long you were gamble free. Thankfully you didn't lose a huge amount so hopefully not done to much damage.
Now to get back to where you where. Enjoying life more and making your Mrs and son proud.

Cheers jamie, I will get back to the treble figures and i will beat my best of 134.

I have the will power and the strenth to give up. I know £70 is a lot but for me thats not even close to would could have happened and im thankful that i came clean to the misses and reseted my day count.

Targets this time to start with is Day 50 and Day 100.

Had a hard time this month with my general thinking and just feeling very low... I want to be able to get back on the straight and narrow again as I had 1 week of betting that rocked me abit. I could have gave up and carryed on betting but I'm choosing to stick with this recovery for the sake of the people I love the most and so I can feel proud for going so long without a bet.

So im back and want to give up gambling once again!

Friday evening was a big blow for me i spent money that i could not really afford to lose and with payday still 5 days away im going to find it hard, but thats my problem and need to learn from this.

Really looking forwards to the New year i would love to reach day 134 and past that.

will be on here daily like i did when i first found this place.

There is 1 positive and that is i feel more in control, alot more than i used to be that is.

Finally 4 days off now, been stressing at work today due to people not taking in what I'm saying to them.

Been thinking about a hobbie that I used to do as a kid which I loved and was/am good at. I will be starting that up in the New year which is great, very excited that now I can replace the gambling mind set and focus on a new chapter in my life.

Great idea Aaron, maybe get your money tucked away until you are back on track so the daft ideas can blow over!

Enjoy your 4 days off & try not to worry about work until you have to go back there! It's mega frustrating when you put in the effort to formulate words & people just hear blah blah blah but you have to keep fighting the fight or the numpties will take over the world & we can't have that 😉
