the sun is just now rising and it looks like it's gonna be a beauty. Today, I am stoked and looking forward to battling another day. As I watched the sunrise did I think about Ed? Yes, I did. Did that make me sad? Yes, a little because his eyes will never see another sunrise. So, I need to embrace every moment with a little more deliberation because it could all be gone in an instant. Hi Diary,

Second post from me today. Oh boy. Well, I cleaned and cleaned until my back almost broke. I feel a little out of sorts right now. When my dad died years ago I had terrible panic attacks. I hope that s**t is not starting up again. GRRRrrrrrr!!! No thoughts about gambling -- I feel ok but have that "out of sorts" feeling-- do not know how to explain it. Thought if I rambled a little on my diary that things might settle a little. Oh well, need to get mom's dinner going. Early night tonight. Have work tomorrow thank god. It is bitter cold here. I hope the car starts in the morning.. trouble, trouble, trouble ,trouble's been doggin my soul since the day I was born... worry, worry worry worry.. lol... good tune. Think I will plug into the ol ipod later.. thanks for listening.. -joanxxx
