Taking this like I've been advised, day by day, 2 full days, no gambling! No temptation, no urge to go and ruin everything! I'm proud but sceptical, this is seemingly easier than I thought. Why aren't I sneaking off to go bet, or making excuses to put a few quid in? Hope it doesn't come later down the line and I crack!

Wishing all of you the best for xmas, hope you and your families have a happy and Merry one!

Andy

Hi Andy, despite what many people say I find the first few days abstaining from addiction to be the easiest. The problem with me come much later in the journey. Don't let your guard down and well done on your day 2 gf. Enjoy the holidays!

I found the first couple of days the hardest to be honest. A lot of people find it easier cause more than not they have lost all there money and have no choice but to quit..... well done on two days, tyevurges get easier however need to put blocks in place helps big time
