First day back to work.. No gambling today all down to me and the discovery of this forum and reading other peoples experiences.
Making meal and chilling out, no thoughts of wasting my hard earned.

Day 7 no gambling, this is the kind of result I like. Work again today, good day, guard is up always and not been tempted.
Stay away gambling I will beat you and always look forward not back. All that matters is me, may sound selfish but for now this is the way its got to be for now.

Day 8 gambling free.
What a feeling, I never thought in a million years I could feel so proud of myself. I know, its only EIGHT DAYS but wow, for me that's a fantastic achievement, believe..
Only early days I know, but they are clean gambling free early days. Plans in place for over the weekend to occupy my mind, things I would never have thought about doing a few weeks ago.
Cant believe I am looking forward to Monday already.....
