78 days! Gf its so good. Cant help some regrets i didnt come to this nindset ling before now as so hapoy gf despite lifes ups and downs. Im also under no illusion i could all too easily spin those reels again and get my bandage again but i will never go back. Hi Lulu, I’ve just been reading through your diary, can I just say what an amazing job you have done staying gf in the face of great adversity. It is diarys like yours that are inspiring me to keep gf and not throw away everything that I’ve worked so hard to achieve.

It never fails to amaze me how many intelligent and articulate people are CGs and post on here. All knowingly throwing away their hard earned money. Such a paradox in a way. A lot of non GCs out there would just see us as being stupid for doing it and that we should ‘just stop’. If only it was that easy eh?

Hiya Ukds thank you for your lovely words, I’m really glad my diary showed what my journeys been like. Exactly if it were so easy we’d do it easily and straightaway. The addiction is so strong. I find that what helps me is as soon as I think of gambling (because I still do) I picture money just blowing away from me, frittering away from me to remind myself it’s no money making scheme and I’ll always lose, that seems to stop me going down the wrong path of firing up the addiction again. It’ll always be with me I accept that now but it’s finding what works for you. Bestest wishes Ukds X Lulu x

93 days! Yes had thoughts but found a way that seems to work for me that stops me running down that road to hell again. Hope everyone is good and if not there is light at the end of the tunnel and you’ll find your way x bestest wishes everyone Lulu x

97 days! Soon be 100! Cant believe it longest ive stayed gf in years and years, im never gambling again, for the first time too i can see that gambling is one big fat lie!
