Got paid my benefit stoday not gambled for a few weeks but today I went into a betting shop a blow the lot on them machines cant keep doing this to myself went home my wife knew something was wrong left myself only £10 to pay off only £10 on a credit card so now when I get my next payment I've got to pay most of it to the 3 other cards at the same time as given up gambling iam giveing up smoking but after losing my cash I went out and got 10 f**s smoked them in a hour cos I was so P****d off after going 48 hours without one well my wife as told me iam going to be sleeping in the spare bedroom tonight and from now on till I stop my gambling cos I've worrying. About the debt I run up and unable to control the. Gambling I started to wet the bed the odd night cos of the pressure iam under as the wife says our s*x life and family life as gone down hill since my gambling. Got really bad she made me choose tonight its even the gambling or her and my 3 daughters I want my family I don't want to gamble at all oh well she's booked me in to see the doctor tomorrow I don't want to go but she's making me. you are in a mess mate, just like me. read on here a lot, you will realise your problem. you have to stop, what about the kids, gambling will not feed them. gambling will take everything from you, especially your dignity. You should go the doctor's but don't expect a miracle cure, they are a bit green when it come to gambling addication. good luck
