That panorama programme is scheduled to be shown at 8.30 tonight upon bbc one,I had an email from them confirming there stance on things,they say they are serious about the issues of problem gambling!!We will see!!

Well, time, time, time and time... Currently none of it! lol... Had a great weekend all, and thanks for the tunes Dots! Hehe

Just a quick stop by to let Duncs know how I felt about that Panorama program last night. Well, what did that set out to achieve? Nothing we already knew... Loved the way the goverment scrapped the funding to collect the latest figures, they did not want to know how bad this is getting. Of course they would lose all the tax that this industry is bringing in, probably more than alcohol and f**s at the moment! Yep, the goverment is in a right pickle at the mo. I do feel it showed gamblers a small insight to a problem, but not once did it focus on the type of disease that this is, just that we do it. Not why. OK, its a first step, but yes I was dissaapointed. And that Dirk Bennix - spokesperson for the Association of British Bookmakers, I just wanted to punch him in the f**** face! What a loser.

One of his "More than 8 million uk customers use our shops safely and responsibly day in day out" HA..that's what you think loser!

Hehe..

Cant wait for a couple of day's of soon!!!

good to hear your weekend went well. kinda trip up meself and fell on me noggin i did. yeah, didnt loose a lot but any is to much. guess i didnt see whatever show about the gambling and dont sound like i missed much either. yeah if the goverment is cashing in on it they aint gonna speak to badly about it.

Morning (nearly afternoon) all...

Well, these last 5 day's have dragged on and on at work sooo much, been really stressed out and cannot put my finger on what it is. I think it's the fact I do not know yet what I am working over the christmas period. d**n merger's, they seem to screw everything up.

Well, I guess until I know I will just have to keep on going, it is two day's off tomorrow so may stop for a pint or two after work this evening, finish at 10:00pm but by then I probably wont feel like it.

Had a doner kebab last night cause I was so P*****d off I couldnt be bothered to cook, now my gut's just feel like an 1850's London Sewer. Same smells too after a visit. But why do they taste soo good? lol

Ok, time to start getting ready for work, get this last day over, two days off then an easy 4 days after that...

Na, I'm really hardcore. Honest. Just sometimes, I like to take it a bit smooth. Can't party hard 24 hrs a day. Can we? Lol

Well, feel much better today, I think cause work was so busy, I found it hard to keep on top. Now had a fairly quiet day and things on top, that puts things into a bit more perspective!

Well, I have honestly just got back ibto cooking, I have now found my passion for Oriental cuisine. Two nights back I made myself Peking duck, spring onion, cucumber and Hoi Sin (mixed that with a bit of Rice Wine, DArk Soy to thin it down a bit) and got some of those Pancakes from the Chinese Supermarket. With that did myself some Deep Fried Salt and Pepper Chilli Squid, and noodles as a side. Man, that was awesome. Forgot how good cook I was! lol I'll be making a habit of this, may even post a few Piccies here. I hope Duncs forgives me for going to the dark side with that Kebab! Lol I dont do that that often.. Hehe

Well, time to relax to some Enigma until I get obliterated, then I'll start to spin the tunes like Dotty and get out me Rave sticks!

well sounds like some good eats going on by you. yeah i dont mind cooking either cause i like to eat. lol far better for ya too than all that take out food and cant argue with the money saving part either.

sounds like ya had a better day today and yeah work can pull on a few nerves at times. guess thats what a few good drinks were made for. lol lol lol seem to do my share over here any way to sooth them nerves.

Well, another fine hangover to boot... Atleast it feels better than waking up to no money by gambling it all away. That feels good!

Gotta get through the day somehow (well, whats left of it) lol, may have to go for a walk or something to clear the head and sweat out the alcohol... Lol

Definitely prefer the beer binges than my gambling binges, I used to do both so thats one obstacle crossed, Just gotta relax on my days off and not go for it as much.. Well, not so much anyway.. OK, where those paracetamol! My head is stinking!
