Fella I hope you into the swing of your first day off fella,I try to plan something to do in advance,if not gamcare is always a great way to while away a few hrs,productive medecine I find,productive indeed!!

Whichever way a few beers sound good,may even treat myself to a couple of pints of the black stuff myself.

It sure does taste better Gamble free!!!!!!

lol yeah the effects of them beers are sure better in the beginning than the end. lol tipped a few meself this morning after work. guess i try not to pound to many of them bad boys when i gotta go back into work. but yeah some days their just to tasty. lol

hope your enjoying your time off and nothing wrong with them laid back kazy days.

Thanks for the support in my diary mate. I know like you that we can beat this, move on and learn from it.

Thanks all, great messages there. Now back to work after deciding to go out for the weekend (well my weekend as i work shifts lol)... Those day's just go too fast now! 🙂

I admit I got a huge gambling urge yesterday and still feel If I had the power to deposit, i probably would have. When is it gonna end, I guess probably never, I just gotta keep on day by day I guess with the saying" I am never gonna gamble again" and that's that. Drumming that into me day by day... I guess is the only thing I can do.

Well, off to work, will have a good catch up with everybody after shift. Having a brief skim through the diaries, seems like a lot has been going on the last few day's!

Charlotte! Nooo..I may have another one of those day's again tomorrow only after just about recovering from the last one!. I finished work today and in a good mood again so as not at work till 22:00 tomorrow, decided to get a few tinnies on the way home. No friends out tonight as it's a schoolday tomorrow 🙂 lol

Yeah, today has been a better day thank theAssiam, even though I have not had 11 hours sleep! lol Can't remember how long ago it was since I had that amount! Lucky B**ger! hehe

Castle thanks, as alway's! Fighting those urges is a tough thing but I thank my blocks, which took a few months to put in place as I must have registered with every online casino they was ever! So self clocking didnt become an option, i did with most but d**n. I registerd with hundreds loL! Had to find another way to stop the madness.

Ok, so a few beers then call a few of my buddies who not spoke to for ages, trying to make my friendships up again as neglected them for many years, it's tougher than what I thought but some are easier than others! I dont blame em to be honest.

Well sounds like a good day and a good night coming at ya my friend. Hell didn't get at a thing today other than the laundry. LOL yeah somethings ya can't put off when ya like your bottom clean. LOL. Gotta make a store run here cause dont have buns for them burgers. Beer is running low too so on the list as well. LOL. Love your brick grill ideal and see something like it in my future. Yeah nothing like that open fire taste in my books. Glad all is good with ya.

Awesome theAssiam...Damned it, I forgot to mention about clean pants! lol... That made me laugh soooooo loud, I think too socks ok for a week, pants fine for three day's..lol

Only kidding! Haha... Shower daily, socks maybe three days, if you wear different shoes, and alternate them. Pants, sacrilidge to wear them more than one day as to the cause of excretions... Ok I'll stop there!!!!
