Staying gamble free and remaining gamble free after so many years in the evil world of gambling has got to be up there as one of life's greatest achievements.

Far better than running a marathon.

Morning all,

Well, was a two day hangover for me... Thank's for all your amazing messages! Ok, I think I may have to have a couple of weekends beer free, re-hydrate myself! 🙁

Shiny, not far off at all! lol

Dunc's believe me Black pudding is my favourite! I could eat it all day long! lol

Well Dotty, I think the recovery process can be rewarding for sure, however I still dont know why I am so upbeat all the time. I think over the last 7 years I just didnt even exist, and I have cemented that those years have gone, lost. It sucks big time, but I can see a way out. I know my situation is no where as bad as some members on here for sure, I mean I am pretty lucky I dont have any commitments so that also helps a lot, I really only have to take care of myself. I do however hope some of my recovery can help some of the people who are in a tougher situation than me. That would be good.

I am sure I wont always be so upbeat, but I am enjoying it whilst I can. Time to check in Flagg, all good here!

Yo,

In the old days ( cause I am prehistoric ) it would have been someone on the turn tables .

( so relate that to playing utube clips with a one liner inbween , and situation , and occasion, )

There could only one person who could fit that bill

DJ DOT. Lol

Have a greeaaatttttttttt day ,

Morning,

Thanks for your post in my diary.

In those 7 years, gambling just changed you to a horrible person. You just made the wrong choice to go and gamble.

As soon as one steps into a gambling establishment, one's whole body and mindset changes. We all know what that is like and we must all strive never, ever to go back to this position again.

Have a great gamble-free day and keep that lovely personality of yours going!
