I'm a long time pokie addict. prob 20 years. been on and off. Tried everything except come clean. This diary thing sounds like a great idea.
So today, on 6th March, 3 Days clean (which is good for me). Just about done all my last work bonus 3 weeks ago. Got some meetings to sort out some small financial messes related to this. Hope to put myself back on track to be debt free in a few months. Just need to stay off it.

Good luck bigb as long as you want to stop and you don't stop trying you have a chance not all is lost if you relapse but it should make you stronger it worked for me good luck buddy

good luck big b, ive managed not to gamble for 70 days today, I used to gamble on roulette for years spending £500 of my wages every month.
your doing well bigb to come on here , im in double figures tomorrow 11 days lol, and to be honest whenever im bored and feel like a gamble online i just come on here instead and since i have come on this site, ok only today 10 days ago now, i have not gambled, but you can do the same use this site in your own way to help you stop, with the shame of your government i think that tells me you have the strengh to stop. Wow australia didnt know this site was world wide i just thought it was uk , so your recovering from gambling down there while im recovering from gambling up here , or vise versa lol . Anyway welcome and keep strong , self exclude yourself from all gambling sites , casino's and bookmakers , as this will help i have done this and now know there is no point sitting down to gamble online as i have probably self excluded myself from whatever site allready , as i have self excluded myself from every site possible, also maybe give your cards to someone you trust so you will not be tempted to use them , ive not done this but i know alot of people on here have and it seems to help them [ although if i start to struggle , i have allready decided to give my debit card to my cousin, anyway keep strong keep going , and will be thinking of you. thanks simon
