Paid off half my debt. Brought back some made memories and had a twitch to gamble some rather than use it to pay off but stayed strong and it's done now. Feel good about it. Keep the faith.

Well done on paying some of your debt Change. Your doing well, hopefully you can enjoy watching sport soon without thinking about a bet.
I've not watched as much football but I've watched a bit of the rugby. I'm just watching some cycling just now.

I'm new to here but i'm going to follow your diary.

Seems like you're doing well - as Lenny said hopefully you can enjoy sport without even thinking/worrying about the outcome.

Keep it up

Thanks Perry. Had another twitch today as withdrew £30 to buy some things I needed. Crossed my mind to get out another £30 so didn't have to spend anything. Quickly went out of my mind but I had to pass 6 bookies on the walk home. Was pleased with myself for acting 'normal' and not being in a position where I could have spent £100... my max ATM withdrawal limit.

Well done change, it's ridiculous that this addiction tells us, to gamble first before we can spend money lol, utter bloody madness,

Keep going, good to see you supporting on other threads

You are doing fine just keep doing one day at a time, that's a big key

Day 10 - no urges today and managed to watch the second half of the rugby with no urges at all. Saw a headline on BBC that Konta was doing well in China... I think she played Halep yesterday and Venus today. I don't know the result and I didn't check the scoreline against Halep... didn't want to go there and it send my brain down another avenue. Two breadsticks tomorrow with Day 11.

Congrats on double figures Change!

Keep going!

Great news about watching the rugby, I have decided to go and watch the England game at a fanzone in London tomorrow. Really hope England win.

I've managed to keep check of scores but haven't even looked at any odds for the past couple of days - it's a nice feeling.

Have a great evening whatever you're doing.
