A brief History...

10+ years gambling, never more than around 3 months gamble free. Definite problem, not many serious attempts to quit however this latest attempt has to be one and hopefully won 🙂

Gambled since 16/17 bit of a blur. The usual story, started small now big, too big. Monthly paychecks have gone in hours in the past. Usually within a week or so very rarely last the month. Used to be in big debt but thankfully not now which is a positive. Recently finished my job, mental breakdown and the addiction not a good mix. I had a lot money to last me but naturally over a few weeks/months gambled it all away. Now faced with no job, very little money and little hope(but enough hope to keep going)

Need to eliminate the gambling is the first priority and other stresses from life. Get back on track, learn from this and grow in the future. I figure keeping a daily diary will help so hope to keep this up as much as possible and support others.

Day 1 - no gambling. good start!

More soon........
