My 2nd attempt to quit gambling as I have recently relapsed. I feel lonely heart broken distraught and a complete failure. All I want is to stop, to enjoy my children my money and my life. This time I have to, no ifs no buts just end this misery once and for all. Why is it so hard? I know what I need to do and life will be so much better and easier if I do stop so did I go back to it and ruin everything once again! Hoping for a better and brighter future

Never again hi! I'm wife of cg trying to recover from the secrets and lies. It's hard because you're trying to do it alone. In my experience handing over the finance is the way to go. Support from your partner. I notice many cgs assume we will leave. Unconsciously you know something is wrong, you can't see what it is because the cg is doing everything they can to hide it. Get support from somewhere, call gamcare. Try and stop lying. Good luck!

Hi that's really fantastic you're supporting your partner through it it's horrible its amazing you're being so understanding, if I thought for a second mine would be anywhere near as understanding I would tell all but I don't want to lose everything I can't and I know that's the way it would go. I don't want to lie anymore so the only way is to stop it. I'm getting support from gamcare they're amazing and the support on here is always fantastic. Thank you for the comment and I really hope all is going well for you and your partner think it's amazing how you can be so supportive
