Thanks Laura I am trying with all the strength, I have to beat this addiction once and for all, I'm finding it really difficult. Keep having really strong urges and thinking about it nearly all the time, I went to bed with an awful headache last night. So pleased I have blocks in place and also no money to gamble with. Thanks so much Suzanne, Helen and Laura for your kind words of support they really do mean so much, Day 9 today and going strong I have been very busy at work today so have not had as many strong urges to gamble. Going to have a nice shower and get my pjs on soon and chill out with the soaps, ( something I haven't done for ages ). Anyway stay strong everyone Jaz x

i have found myself doing extra hours at work to, i want to do something nice at the end of the month with the added money, ie take my daughter for a girly day out and not waste it online!
its strange like you say your going to enjoy the soaps, maybe we are just rediscovering all the wonderful non gambling chillaxing things there are to do!

Day 11 today, had a few urges today but have stayed strong, thanks to keeping busy with work etc. Thanks Stupid ( which you are not!!! ) we can all beat this addiction, stay strong and determined J x

Ride the urge stay strong 12 days is brill it will get easier first couple of weeks is the worst

Sorry you are struggling today but you soooooo know that gambling your way out of debt will never work x

Day 13 today, nearly a fortnight!! Thanks girls for your comments I know you're right about gambling not helping with debt but it seems the less money I have the stronger the urges are to gamble. I don't get paid for another week and even than will not have much money after my debts are paid off. I know deep down if I refrain from gambling I will get out of the hole I have got myself into, it will just take time. I will try to remain strong day by day so here's to day 13 Jaz x
