Well done Jaz!!! I'm at my two weeks mark too in fact I think I'm a bit passed that now . Trying not to count the days just focus on not gambling each day. I was saying on another post that i was thinking about all the things you can do with ten pounds. There's a lot and yet it can be gone in seconds gambling. I'm going to take some time and write down all things you can do with ten twenty fifty hundred etc. I used to think nothing of blowing hundreds in a go it wasn't even like real money just numbers on a screen. I don't know if that would help anyone but when I think of all the things I could be doing with that money it's really started to alter my train of thought. Keep strong we can do this xx

Thanks again ladies for your comments they are keeping me strong, Day 14 today, 2 whole weeks without a bet, I am so pleased with myself but am not going to let my defences down as I know how easy it can be to start again. Going to keep busy today, don't know what to do yet but will think of something.... Anyway staying strong and fighting the urges a day at a time Jaz x
