Hi Katie. Happy new sofa! Isn't it great buying normal things and seeing benefits from our bank accounts decreasing ha. Well done on three weeks!!!
.
Hey Katie..
Don't feel bad about the sofa..
Enjoy it ....it will remind you what you can have when your not gambling....remaining gamble free is a life long journey for us on here....you don't have to punish yourself by going without...
Yes as Loxxie said, enjoy it! It's hard when first giving up cos I have the same feelings of guilt sometimes when i buy something but I think that stems from the feelings of guilt from gambling our money being all we ever did with it. Treating is allowed and at least gives us something physical we can enjoy from the money. Keep going strong x
Ah early days but your doing well katie. Its a great buzz being able to buy something nice...and we deserve a reward now and again!
Home alone and would have always gambled. I don't intend to and it wouldn't have even crossed my mind until a TV advert came on !
.
Well done Katie and good for you, not dwelling on the amount of debt you have but just accepting it and paying it back at your own pace.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Good for you Katie. Thoughts are just that - let them go and stick to your soaps. So much less expensive!
Take care and enjoy another lovely g.f week ahead.

My anxiety levels are crazy at the moment. The only way I can deal with this is to work like crazy. I am scared of adjustment to a life without gambling, scared to have too much time on my hands
Affected by gambling?
