Hmmm. OK, so I think my 'buddies' on here have dropped by the wayside. If any of you came back, I wish you well. I'm going to stop writing here now - I've only been here three weeks or so but I think I'm on the road to recovery and am understanding more about my problem and what I need to do, to address underlying issues and put my life back on track, and I think perhaps avoiding talk of gambling may help also. I'll miss you - thanks for the support & understanding, and good luck to all of you. I'll be fine now 🙂 xx

Hi,Ruthie,

Sorry not been on for a few days, been on nights and slept all day yesterday as shattered. Had full day today and had family round for a BBQ. Glad you feeling strong and managing to keep abstaining. I too have been starting to do other things instead of being glued to the Internet. Will pop in every few days to see if you are posting.

Take care and best wishes
