Today begins my adventure in to recovery, yesterday marked the day I stopped gambling, today is the first of those days.
I know it won't be easy but I have a lot to lose should I fall in to the trap again, but I know I have a hell of a lot more to gain!

Good luck, I found the first 10 days quite challenging but im on day 27 and I hardly think about gambling now.
For me a big part of life was revolved around gambling, you just got to break the habit and realise how much better life is without it.
