Sigh. Another Recovery Diary.
Despite not having any major urges day to day. I keep having big bets on paydays. I dont even watch horse racing or greyhounds on the TV these days. I have plenty better things I can do with my money. I keep blowing my spare money on payday and living on basics till the end of the month.
Going to make some changes this time around. Need to be strict. I have not visited this site for a good while. Going to read through some posts daily.
