37 day's gamble free not spent a penny on any form of gambling, and i feel good about myself, it feels good waking up without money problems, managed to sort some debts out too with the money i've saved. All in all it's been a rough ride to start with but each day get's easier, you just got to keep yourself motivtaved and busy, hopefully some other people are on the road to recovery, you'll feel better not gambling i promise, i thought i'd never stop but i managed it.
Massive well done on what you've achieved so far but remember to remain vigilant and don't get complacent. I'm still in the early stages (22 days) it's a long road but I'm glad after what was many false dawns I seem to be on the right path now 🙂 one day at a time
