I am led to believe, life is a GAME...Gambling is a MINI GAME!... Play the big game of life correctly and you wont have to play mini games anymore...Just a thought..

just wanted to say the bit that says how long I have not gambled for is motivating....It gives me some pleasure in knowing the days since I last gambled...Just hoping that this can continue for eternity!

We can do this! Refuse to accept it is a disease, it really is not..It is a frame of mind and you can change it...The media dont want you to, the government dont want it, your enemy too...However, you, your family and your environment will benefit from you being you and leading a life without the need to gamble...

Didnt feel good this morning... I guess depression can lead to gambling... Money worries leads to depression... Money is created by the system... The system is a disease... Not gambling....gambling is a form of escape from the system, however, we are still in the system..... Dangerous game

Yes gambling is very destructive and i think that it has led me into a very negative place. I feel let down in a number of avenues. Hope that this feeling passes.

The days are passing and it is still over £100 per day since the last time I gambled...I dont even make that much from work...Pity about the money, however, the real issue is starting to make the tiniest of bets, which always lead to disappointment and in some cases, greed...

Then comes the HUGE Losses!!!!!...Time and time again; this is gambling in a nut shell.....!!!!!
