Self exclusions in place so I can not gamble now unless I was to travel out of the area where I live so I feel very good that it's out the way now, I won't lied I have urges to gamble but I don't have option to so that's really good.

Well done, Graham. Great step that is. It killed the need to gamble for me when I first self-excluded. It gives you an immense sense of relief if anything, as it's a step in the process of a gambling life being over. Wise move, chap.

Urges will come and go, but having self-excluded means your unlikely going to act on them. It gets easier, trust me. Have faith in recovery. It can change your life.
