Well it's been 24 Days since I last played the slots, but yesterday when I called into town on business I had several urges to go and play the slots, thank fully I managed to not give in and did what I had to and got out quickly. This is usually the time when I relapse, that last big loss seems so distant and I think to myself I'll only have a quick £20 it won't hurt, which it usually ends up in a big loss.
Anyway here's to another day gamble free and hopefully from Monday smoke free.
Well 54 days since I last played the slots, it's not been hard to be fair, not really had anytime to spare to play the damned things, but the thoughts still occur when I'm passing amusements, fed up or P****d off and think a quick £20 won't hurt, luckily I have been able to resist the temptation for now.
