Alright mate well done on 111 days its a fantastic achievement.
Just read through your diary and seen lots of comparisons between yourself and me, I lost everything through gambling and have made it to a year now gamble free and its amazing.
I went to NECA as well do you see Julie she was great for me and really helped.

Day 112 gamble free. No m8 i have ellie but thinking about stopping them. Im in a lot better place now. Got to see the x girlfriend sunday to pick up kids. Not looking forward to it at all

Day 115 gamble free. Birthday today but feel pretty down got a txt off x girlfriend wishing me a happy birthday which made me pretty sad. On the plus side 4 months gamble free and got money in bank. Which is an achievement
