Day 133 gamble free. In them 130 days i have not gambled on anything not even the lottery. Feel good about that and the urge to gamble has gone but i no i have to be on me guard because 1 bet will start the cycle again and i could not take it this time

What a fantastic achievement on reaching this milestone, keep reminding yourself how good it feels not to gamble and try and remember if you get the urge all those feeling's of anxiety, nausea, sleeplessnes, despair, dread, hatred, stomach pains, mistrust, detachment from reality and everything else associated with losing hard earned money to a ruthless,thieving and sordid industry.

Feeling really good had a good night. I only wish i could erase x girlfriend from me memory or didnt have to see her again. But thats me only concern. yes i have a lot of debt but it will get paid in time. They more to life than money
