Feeling a bit angry today messaged x girlfriend lastnight about kids and i aint had a reply
Day 145 gamble free. Had a nitemare today went to buy kids some presents for xmas and when i got to checkout me card declined. I had over a thousand pound available i new it should not have declined. So i was worrying that somebody had took it. Checked at cashpoint they was over a thousand available. Then i checked phone and had a missed phonecall from work. The bank had rang. So i rushed home and had a message on phone saying i had to ring bank urgently. So i rang bank and they were wanting to no can i confirm the amounts that had come out my bank recently. I did and he said your card can be used again. What i finding f*****g unbelievable is when i was losing thousand gambling they never put a stop on me card. All this worry has brought the nitemare of gambling back. Feeling sick

Cheers flagg i dont say much but like you said just comming on this site keeps me focused and when i read other people diary and see what mess they are in it makes you realise i cant go back to that. I read peoples diary and feel really sorry for them but it makes me more determined. I will never forget the support i got from 1 person on this site and it hurts me to see her struggle now and that is SUE (WOMBLE) she always commented on me diary at the beginning and told me to stick with this site and i have done ever since apart from 1 day when i could not get on a laptop.
Everything in my life is on the up but you cant lose focus and think you are quered.
The woman i love has gone but i have to come to terms with that and concentrate on my daughter and step son
